Delete your tacts account

tacts is made by the tacts team. You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open tacts and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This happens immediately.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days. You can also ask us to delete only some data (for example your posts or comments) and keep the account.

What gets deleted

• Your account, email, name and profile photo
• Your progress, streaks and badges
• Your timelapse videos, Crane Wall posts and comments
• Lessons you created, and their videos
• Your friends, follows, blocks, reports and notifications

What we may keep

Anonymous lesson statistics (counts of lesson starts and finishes, not linked to you), and limited records we must keep by law.
